      Pros

      - you get to work on multiple pitches - cross team collaboration is great

      Cons

      - the pitches put through are rarely turned to clients - management comments on leaves, breaks - strict working hours (salary is deducted) - not valuing the efforts put - leave policy is not as per government rules, less than that - multiple things are mentioned in the policy but never implemented - lies around appraisal

      Pros

      I had a really good time working at ANTS considering there are a lot of unique, talented, hardworking, & creative individuals. There is a good environment and overall working is amazing as well, my seniors were supportive and helped me grow. They took time out of their busy schedule and pin pointed the mistakes I made which eventually helped me grow.

      Cons

      I don't really think there was anything bad over there, everyone was nice to me.
