      -Extremely useful product for their customers -Pleasant remote, yet collaborative working environment -Great team of employees -Company culture committed to developing the best product and services for their customers -Great employee benefits and work-life balance

      Cons

      - Leadership focused on company growth (acquiring new customers) before establishing internal processes for employees - Leadership wants to keep a finger on all areas of the business yet doesn't have time to do so effectively (becomes bottleneck in processes)
