Pros
Anvyl is a company where you are trusted to do what you think is best as long as you accomplish your goals. The level of autonomy and ability to suggest creative solutions to tackle complex problems is unmatched compared to anything I have experienced or heard of at a company. Over my 4 years here the culture has helped me to develop tremendously. To work in a setting where so many opinions and ideas are shared, you absorb so much insight into different ways to solve problems and challenge hypotheses. I would not be where I am today in my career if I didn't have the team at Anvyl to support me in my growth.

Cons
Like all companies especially start-ups there are bound to be some cons. We do not have everything figured out and are continuously working to iterate internal processes to ensure the team is happy. Like many start-ups, leadership and the rest of the team works hard and at times wear many hats. some view this as a con but many view this as an opportunity to develop and learn cross-functional skills.
Cons:
