I was sold on this job having the potential to make 6 figures. That was a lie. Nobody on the team is even close. Once you complete the initial onboarding, no additional training or coaching is provided. The manager hides in his office daily and is unavailable to support the team, instead relying on a 'Team Lead' to support the Inside Sales group. His boss is also never around, and makes it very clear he is not interested in supporting the inside sales team. This is a very bro-culture that plays favorites. The job requires you to work with other trades businesses within the Any Hour Group. The other businesses want nothing to do with Inside Sales, and the Inside Sales leadership does little to fight back and stand up for the team.
