Good tech stack and highly professional engineers Very flexible schedule and working hours (ie: as long as you deliver and can attend a standup, the rest is up to you to manage) Great company culture, very approachable Vast opportunities to have an impact, since you will always be listened to whenever you have a question or an idea
Cons
It is still startup-ey (which is great to me, but might not work for you if you want a big corporate environment)
