Pros

- Collaborative, supportive employees - Great Support and Account Management teams

Cons

- No product market fit; leadership can’t make up their minds on what to call and how to describe AnyRoad - ERM? Booking system? Ticketing platform? - Growth meetings take place once a year, but there’s no followup action - Not a lot of transparency so you'll feel blind-sided when announcements are made - No customer empathy - product roadmap and features don’t reflect customer pain points (unless you’re a big brand and in danger of churning) - If you live in the Bay Area, you are now required to come in on Tuesdays and Thursdays; although they touted a ‘Work from anywhere’ policy pre-pandemic - Clunky front-end for booking events

Pros

If I had to pick something, the salary wasn't terrible.

Cons

Honestly, the onboarding was basically nonexistent. Like, you show up, get a desk, and then... nobody tells you anything. No training, no real direction, no mentor assigned, which honestly get old real fast. You're just left to figure everything out on your own through trial and error while people expect you to already know how things work. I spent weeks trying to piece together basic processes that should've been covered in day one. Everyone's too busy or doesn't care enough to actually help you succeed, and that's on them, not me.
