      Pros

      There is not any at all.

      Cons

      No care for staff whatsoever, the most micromanaged environment you could think of. HR is non existent, and they really could not care less about you as an individual. Careers progression is also non existent. People come and go like there is no tomorrow.

      Thanks for your review and apologies you felt so negative upon your departure, we truly want people leaving with a good experience. Given that HR is now in existence, we try our best to keep our employees fulling engaged and genuinely excited to come to work. Apologies again if you thought there was no career progression, but this is seen amongst our team leaders and managers that have been promoted throughout each department. We ensure that our culture is accommodating and fun as we truly want to give back to the hard work our employees puts in, sorry if you felt this was lacked in any area.       You get paid. Other than that, you won’t have any spare time.

      Cons

      You will not have any time to have a life. God forbid you get sick - if you’re sick, you will get a warning. Be weary. If you value your mental health… stay away.

      Pros

      A bit of flexibility in your schedule, as in, you choose it beforehand with time. Pay is weekly and on time. Computer issues happen and they're quite understanding about it.

      Cons

      A lot of the things you deal with isn't covered in training and you're pretty much stuck asking coworkers for help which is very troublesome especially because sometimes the only people that can help aren't around and messing up can easily end up costing the customer a lot of money, so you have to be very careful.
