AIP has been an incredible experience to grow my skills and also gain strong insight into the advertising/media landscape. - Strong emphasis on work culture and community - Lots of training and CPD ventures - Lots of opportunities to recommend new ways of working (i.e the lab) - Impactful tools within digital marketing and an emphasis of AI - Clear career progression pathways -Teamwork that fosters creativity and innovation- everyone is friendly and helpful.

Cons

- can be incredibly fast-paced, with the company growing at such a fast rate and expanding with the work, can become hard at times without being able to breathe.
