Pros

The most evil and unprofessional place I have ever worked. The product is boring and held together with chewed gum. mostly the environment and culture is worst. The executives and their teams get drunk beyond comprehension and if you don't want to be a part of it, they shame you to the point where you rethink your life. The worst thing to ever happen to me is being with these people. The CEO is constantly breathing down your neck anytime he visits, and thinks every suggestion to be better is an insult, so those that know we could be better do not speak up. He also micromanages HR, so it is not like you can talk to anyone about the harassment or awful culture. HR tells him everything. It is disgusting. All the top decision makers here are old friends so they stick together at any cost, even if there is major issues. This is a place where you must pretend to like it until the next job or else you will be beaten to your core. It ruins every inch of dignity you had left. It makes you hate yourself for being there and not having the option to leave because you need to stay to support your family.

Cons

The cons are everything.
