      Pros

      Boss is nice, people you work with are nice, you get 2x15 mins break in the morning and afternoon. It is close to the station.

      Cons

      No aircon in the office or windows that open! Main reason is, there is a team in Leicester called Enterprise that appear to do no work and you constantly have clients moaning about them but my boss says there's nothing we can do about it

      Pros

      Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

      Cons

      Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
