Pros

1) Not so very challenging in terms of proving yourself 2) A flat organization structure 3) Need to be very bad to be removed 4) OK on paying 5) if you are better then there is no stopping in appraisal, hikes and bonus 6) Global footprint for you to get exposure to bide verity of work 7) For good people doors are always open even if you decide to leave or left already

Cons

1) Very fragmented due to inorganic growth 2) Things run with strong perception & relation rather than facts for example who will do a new work (internal or a vendor or that preferred vendor!), and this is different in different groups/teams 3) Team\Group you work for can any time be sold 4) Business has 100% control on IT, which could at times force you do what may not be so current and right! 5) Very old people in System, kind of born and brought up in the system. They are very valued and casue lot of inertia 6) Being in IT you will be taught that Business is Client not same Aon.

Pros

Clearly defined career ladder Exposure to a wide range of clients and projects.

Cons

Inconsistent team culture. Some teams feel clique-oriented, so it's difficult for new employees to integrate. Training can be limited, with a strong expectation to learn independently.
