      Pros

      I like the work, great coworkers, and managers. I work in the Retiree Exchange helping the Medicare eligible customers find health insurance. Excellent location, good benefits, pleasant commute. As long as you show up a little early and apply yourself to your work, no problems. If you can solve a problem or help your coworker/manager solve one, even better.

      Cons

      Well, nothing official, but it looks like they're closing The Woodlands office. If not this year, probably early 2019.

      Pros

      Great role to transition into the insurance industry. Many resources and opportunities to expand technical knowledge. Client visits are great if you like to travel. Lucky to have a manager who doesn’t micromanage. If you’re organized, driven, and good at communicating you’ll do great.

      Cons

      Can be stressful at times around busy renewal cycles. Travel often depending on industry and clients.
