      Pros

      Aon equals money. That is it it. So if you want to earn big bucks, you're in the right place.

      Cons

      Just be aware of the cost to the rest of your life. You will spend your whole time with them watching your back looking for knives. And the second you are not on top (whether that is due to sales, health or life events) you are out of that door before your feet hit the ground. Employment law? What's that?!

      Pros

      Great role to transition into the insurance industry. Many resources and opportunities to expand technical knowledge. Client visits are great if you like to travel. Lucky to have a manager who doesn’t micromanage. If you’re organized, driven, and good at communicating you’ll do great.

      Cons

      Can be stressful at times around busy renewal cycles. Travel often depending on industry and clients.
