Pros
Aon is a good brand, workloads are high usually but still good policies in place. Two stars are still for Aon, zero for HIAIS
Cons
Too much target pressure specially under HIA insurance branding, they are nowhere near to what Aon is all about, no transparency , poor management ,people hiring their own family members like this is a family owned business? Poor culture, many people left recently. Horrible culture lead by a few ladies working for long there.
