1. The Company is located in a Co-working facility in Kharadi, so there is not proper cafeteria 2. Very Unhygenic Cafeteria with Rats literally running on the food counter when no one is attending 3. The Cook is not at all clean, and uses same utensils for whatever food you order without cleaning or washing the spoons -------------- About ApTask: 1. The is a staffing agency that has no vision on how to run a business, I am surprised that a company with 10 years work experience can't have basic SOPs in place. 2. I joined in Dec 2023 with roughly 15 more employees who joined 1 or 2 months before me, as of March 2024 they all are laid off without proper reason. 3. The market was down and they did not have new jobs coming through the clients so the overall performance of the company was low. I am not against layoffs but the manner in which the employees was very unethical. 4. The owner of the company Taj is unprofessional and I have never seen such a rude owner in my life ever do doesn't know how to value employees. He literally talks like a mobster. 5. The company hired freshers but gave them no formal training! The freshers had to struggle a lot in the beginning to get a hand of US recruitment. 6. The managers are not fit to be in a management level. Most have poor communication skills. 7. For every new job there are 6 employees working on the same requirement which has only 3 slots or 4 max (In my team for Lumen and BrightSpeed) 8. They laid off employees who had 2 offers in the same week of layoff or a week before without any compensation. 9. They do not have a growth structure at all. You join as a recruiter and stay a recruiter. __________ Cheers to Eddie!! I like his work and he is a true leader. __________ ApTask cannot operate without micro-management. They have bugged every monitor in the office. They don't have any flexibility when it comes to leaves. The managers are biased. While I write this review in frustration today, I have made these observations in the last 3 months and spoke to more than 10 employees both past and present who had similar feedback. Suggestion: DO NOT JOIN THIS ORGANISATION! THEY REALLY NEED TO GET THEIR PROCESS TOGEATHER
