      Easy, laid back environment. You won't be challenged very much

      Cons

      No ladder to climb, no resources if you need them, no real incentive to perform and progress. It's a dead end 5 feet form the starting line.

      Excellent health insurance at little or no cost, PTO, salary is competitive, the company really strives on employee safety and a very friendly team to work with.
