There are many but I'll stick to the main ones below 1. Your ideas which you bring on to the table will always be heard no matter what. 2. You're going to get your hands dirty across every aspects of software development ( documentation, user story, DB design, development, testing, deployment etc. ) 3) If you have interest in Finance and Treasury, you will be learning from the best people here. ( I'm talking about the advance Finance which you get to learn in MBA courses ). p.s. If you're someone whose afraid of changes or dynamic environments then please don't join this company.
