Pros

Positive Conference Calls *Weekly conference call felt like Nostalgic MLM. pump you up, positive motivating type of call. *Field Trainers excited to see you. *Field retail stores, like Wal-Mart and Sam's have nice employees. *Fast-paced environment.

Cons

*Activities led to not knowing it was an MLM. *Field Trainers are seen doing non-compliant activities, that trainees are taught not to do. *In field saw, someone so desperate for a sale, that when the dad did not qualify for an installation, due to bad credit, they asked for his minor sons's name and Social Security Number. *Told that they will help us with our sells, while in training, and all we initially had to do was bring the potential customer to the table. Saw one trainee's sell taken away on very first day, in the field. On day two, in field, I saw both trainees' sells taken away. *Leadership used vulgarity in the office, and songs with vulgar lyrics played during training. *On day seven, realized that the 5 "Don't Do's", from day one training, and the "Proper Presentation", from day two training had not been shown to me. Four Field Trainers did NOT show the "Proper Presentation" in the field, in the previous week. *Leadership used vulgarity in the office, and songs with vulgar lyrics played during training. *On day seven, realized that the 5 "Don't Do's", from day one training, and the "Proper Presentation", from day two training, had not been shown to me. *Saw Field Trainer attempting to FLIP a sale. Wife had a service, in her name, and the husband like the prices he saw in presentation. Field Trainer coached customer what to say in pre-qualification phone call. She told him not to tell that they had the service in the wife's name. The man was too honest to lie on the phone. *Brand new trainees left in retail location, for long duration, without supervision. This was common, and many potential customers would leave from table on first two days, do to us not knowing presentation yet. By day four, in the field, we were are store, alone. That morning, in training, was the first time, I had seen the "Proper Presentation."
