Awful - Estimator Apex Restoration Employee Review

Very close-knit company with strong, direct relationships between employees and leadership. The owners genuinely care about their people and are always willing to help however they can. There are plenty of opportunities for advancement for those who work hard and stay dedicated. If you take care of the company, the owners and leadership will take care of you in return.

The main downside is that it’s a very demanding industry that changes and evolves quickly, so adaptability is important.

Hardworking people! Leadership went through a big change lately and it has really proven to be a huge step in the right direction. Although this business is very tough and is not for the weak hearted. Apex DKI is where you want to be if you want to be the best in the business and on the "A" team. You will learn way more there than at any other restoration company. The people are amazing and are really trying to do the right thing. Although I had to go (personal reasons), I would recommend them highly to work for, but only if you're willing to be the best. Oh ya, the money is great too!!
