      Company is expanding and adding more clients.

      Poor Management, heavy investment in useless equipments, projects delayed all the time, lost major customers, GMP is a joke, no Safety equipments for operators.

      Multiple people fulling multiple positions, everyone seems stretched thin. Runs 24/7 some engineering staff get calls after hours/9pm-4am.
