Pros

Friendly staff, truly wonderful people to work with

Cons

Expects employees to be flexible on a monthly or weekly basis due to their passive business strategies. No progression, and staff often perform duties beyond their roles. With more employees leaving for better opportunities (and no intention of retaining them), even more workload is being assigned to other staffs, management knew all this and no measure is put in place Cutting corners and rushing development constantly backfires, wasting resources and time for nothing

Pros

- Friendly staff, truly wonderful people to work with - £50 per month wellness allowance for things like gym/sports memberships

Cons

- Redundancies - Awful pay for the work we do -Very poorly run, change of projects often made with staff moved about. - No development for JTA's (you'll get stuck on 1 project) - Retrospective meetings to see what they can "learn" going forward but NOTHING done. - No overtime pay, yet expected to stay when lab work ran over. Also blamed for poor organisation if lab work did run over. - Unless you push for opportunities you want you will not receive them - must "protect the company" from senior management when concerns raised

Pros

- Amazing people from technicians to managers. There wasn't a single person I disliked. - Working for a small company means it is an exceptional place to learn new skills such as primer design, study design, presentation skills, professional skills. - Collaborative work environment with a flat hierarchy - Manager was supportive even when I was going through a rough patch - £50 per month wellness allowance for things like gym/sports memberships

Cons

- Sometimes felt like I was given too many responsibilities - Redundancies - Poor pay
