      Great Company to work for with outstanding values and an open door policy. Great Leadership from Senior Management and I definitely felt valued as my efforts were rewarded accordingly.

      Cons

      There was a significantly lower Salary threshold.

      Pros

      I have worked for Apodi for almost 10 years. Apodi are a very progressive company always looking for the next best opportunity, the best people to hire and striving to be the best. The management genuinely care about the staff. They listen to our views and ideas and treat staff with respect. Its a great company to work for!

      There are no downsides, other than you won't want to leave!
