You will be micromanaged to death because the company is dying and management is frantic. Your office/cube will be checked to make sure you are accounted for at specific times throughout the day. No work from home opportunities. You will be questioned on a daily basis about your calendar. Weekly activity reports and time sheets due every week. Void of leadership. No clue on how to run, direct, or manage a business. Management writes every one of the positive reviews on this site. Read them, it is pure marketing garbage. Not from an employee. Sales and marketing are zero. No new contracts. No updates to software. No project management. U.I. is childish and already old. Not enough money to reinvest into the company. Usage by customers is laughable. Check out the social media for this company. Likes, retweets, posts?.........crickets. You will be sick to your stomach everyday you go into work and embarrassed to attend conferences with Apogee Interactive on your badge. Utility industry keeps this company around for a good laugh. They will not return phone calls, attend meeting, speak to you, or come to your booth for a luggage tag. Yes, a luggage tag. You have been warned. If you do take a job here, you can look back and commiserate with this post. Or just come by my desk.....unless I am already gone by that time.
