The company is neither a start-up nor a fully established enterprise. It lacks a corporate mindset, and even the management team fails to fulfill basic duties. They lack knowledge in corporate management, struggle with personnel management, and are incapable of effective work arrangements. They only know how to manipulate policies. The project management within the company is very poor, as they fail to appreciate the efforts and contributions of their employees. The integrity of the management team is questionable, as they frequently change the company's direction, leaving employees confused and unsure. Superiors do not accept or acknowledge errors pointed out by subordinates regarding their work. They are unwilling to discuss solutions with subordinates and instead focus on networking with higher-level executives to create a superficial appearance of accomplishment. Those who ascend to these positions do so solely due to favoritism and lack any management experience or leadership skills. As long as they know how to flatter, anyone can occupy these positions. Hierarchy is emphasized, with the management team constantly flattering the boss, and they only listen to those who flatter them. It's like a game played within a small circle. Despite the employees' hard work this year, there was no year-end bonus, not even for a single month. If you are still working in this company, I wish you good luck.
