I actually can not think of ONE pro when thinking about the environment, pay, working conditions and management style

Owner plead guilty to mis-labeling products that killed customers in PA and OR. Owner talks about female employees and clients in negative and demeaning terms Owner bounces from one topic to another in meetings and no one understands assignments Owner uses foul language and cusses in meeting. Managers and employees know the owner will fire and employee for not agreeing with him Their labs are continually fined and closed for negative reports
