1.Best Office Timings (8 to 4:30 PM) & Location. 2.Good work culture. From the technical point of view also, we have access to the latest phones and tablets for testing. 3. There is rarely someday (once in 6 months) when we have to stay in office when working hours are over. 4. You can easily talk to the manager in case you are facing any problem, and your problem will get resolved in no time :) 5. Work and personal life are balanced so well. This is THE BEST point about my company that I love to mention.

Cons are easily converted to pros when you discussed the issue with the manager.

1. If u are a manager , you can watch YouTube and can sleep in your cabin

1. Unnecessary work pressure at the time of salary increment (in April) 2. You have to strictly follow the timeline, but no one care about the time taken by changes in between development phase. 3. Boss is always right
