Post-Acquisition Chaos: Since the merger with [Other Company], our once efficient product has been lost in a complex and wasteful platform. Lack of Clarity and Planning: Strategic direction is muddled and inconsistent, leading to decreased morale. Slow Development Times: The new platform's complexity has drastically slowed down our development process. Poor Kanban Management: What used to be an efficient system is now plagued with bottlenecks and delays.
