The company is run by interns and . they basically take up projects from freelancing sites charge on basis of $150 /hr or something place the interns as fake 2 yr 3yrs experience. -Out of which they are paying below average 7k/month or have recently increased to 10k - they are cutting national holidays and forcing /expecting to work or impact your performance review. Most importantly they forcing you to give good review on selected portal soon after joining. -they are keeping you in-bond process. - you should not object to them for exploiting employees basics rights or they will fire you. - they hired many seniors all have resigned -Vanya is a troublemaker to her all employees are a slave. don't listen she will snatch your job. No HR ethics no relief for employees . But will they name them as head of institute -
