      None I could think off.

      Cons

      Hire and fire culture. Two to Three C connects , who are 50 plus think they are GOD and fire at will. Nothing reaches the CEO. If the Co founder mY Anand audits the hiring and firings, I am sure those 50 + will be sent home the same day. Promotions as given only to boot lickers and flown to USA.
