Pros
The best company I've ever worked for in terms of culture, openness and friendliness. Incredibly diverse workforce and very inclusive of one another. Fabulous product set, these guys are really going somewhere. Hard working grown ups unlike some of their competitors that I've worked for. The best part of working with this company is their commitment to their customers and prospects, they have the best after care team I have ever encountered. It really made me proud to be a part of this company for that very reason. As a customer you'll never be left to flounder with a top notch customer success team. I think all companies should be looking to Appboy's customer service team and use this a benchmark. The senior exec team are forward looking and thinking in their approach and always seem to be a step ahead of what customers and the overall market will want from a marketing automation platform. Genuinely the nicest bunch of people you will ever get to meet.
Cons
There are no serious cons with this company at all. I will see that sometimes if you're in a remote office like I was, that awesome US culture sometimes doesn't quite reach the corners of those other offices which I believe they are aware of and will work to prevent this happening. If you're looking for a work/life balanced and a relaxed pace then keep on walking by. Expect to work 14 hour days along with everyone else and at a super fast pace, if you can't commit to that, then this probably isn't the place for you. If you end up working here, then don't leave, it will hurt you to your very core, I miss this company and their fine people every single day.
