      Got certifications (on the weekends that were unpaid)

      Cons

      CEO over promises and under delivers. He has no idea what he's doing most of the time, but figures that he can BS his way into anything and figure it out once he gets the contract. He will promise you pay raises, bonuses, promotions. None of it will be true. He's only trying to get you to work harder.

      Pros

      I was hired by Appddiction to work at Metro Public Health Department in Nashville, TN. They always paid me on time and had clear communication.

      Cons

      I would have liked more opportunities to ask for pay increases.

      Contracted team was awesome, Everyone in the office was nice enough

      Cons

      Felt like walking on eggshells, especially around the CEO/higher ups. Being even 1 minute late was a risk to your employment and most everyone feared being immediately terminated if the CEO was in a bad mood. Pay was laughable but at least you got experience for as long as you could survive
