The company culture here is fantastic. Everyone is willing to help out, answer questions, and foster each others growth potential. This is by far one of the best companies I've ever worked for.

Hard to really come up with any cons...

This company's greatest strength is its people. Everyone is great to work with and willing to stretch past their role to help you succeed. You'll definitely learn a lot of new skills here as well. As for the benefits, the PTO is abundant, the healthcare and retirement plans are great, and the pantry and beer fridge is always stocked.

Sometimes clients can be a pain, but upper management usually does a good job protecting the employees' time. There's also a lot of trial and error when it comes to changing processes; new ideas can have a negative affect on employee happiness at initial implementation, but things generally get better as we learn from mistakes.
