      - Most work Remote - Variety of projects - Good team - Opportunities to learn and grow, especially if you are fresh out of college

      - Culture changed when company grew from 300 to 1000+ - On some projects, there is a disconnect between sales and delivery - No matching 401K - High turn over of key people during the time I left
