Pros

You can make decent money if you work very hard and can constantly stay on the managers good side.

Cons

The corporate office creates a negative cut throat environment were you are threatened with warnings, write ups and even termination if you do not up sell enough and get people to go online and fill out surveys on the service. we are required to get a minimum of 3 surveys every month each or we get written up. The first month, you are required to come in early on your day off to take a training class on how to push up sells and guilt customers into taking the survey. After the 3rd month, that means automatic termination. They do not care about thier employees.

Short drive, Half off food, Will work with you with your schedule.

Cons

GM unprofessional. Not appreciated for your experience and what u can bring to the table. Tips were poor. Poor customer base. Antiquated POS. No patience to train properly. Are bullies. Heating and AC do not work properly. Extreme favoritism. Do not recommend. Oh and if you didn't make your sales quota, u were told you would lose hours. If a table walked out without paying, they made u pay the difference. Callous, unprofessional, employees came last. Sales is all that matters.
