For instance a party of 10 could be coming in to dine and they'll seat 1 or 2 of the party without even knowing how long till the others arrive or a party a 15 will ask for 12 separate checks and we have to do it . Also they do not add gratuity for any reason and there are a lot of cheap people out there. There are countless times when servers get $5 on $150.
