Pros
- Very flexable with schedule - Very easy work - Most managers are friendly
Cons
- Upper Managment (District Managers) are rude, unfriendly, and have unrealistic expectations. - Un-professionalism at work by employee's towards other employees (ie Racism), often just gets laughed off by managment. - If you work a long enough shift that you are supposed to get a break, you just get a half hour deducted from your time sheet, even without actually getting a break. - If you work 40+ hours, you get paid for only 40. NO ONE "goes into overtime". So at the end of the week, if your at 39 hours, but you have a saturday night shift, you can either ask off and lose out on the big tips you would earn. Or you can work, but not get paid your hourly wage. Very awful, and probably pretty illegal.
