The business just keeps adding to site managers admin workloads but continues to demand increased sales productivity. For a company of its size and compared to its competitors Applegreen gives very little back to its employees.

Thank you for leaving this review. We understand the pressures our managers on the frontline of our business are under. Your hard work doesn't go unnoticed but we take all this feedback on board.
You will be miss treated by upper management who while is expected to be held by the same standards you are willing never actually uphold those standards for themselves while simultaneously being abused by the employees who are your direct reports because this company gives basic employees several protection against disciplinary actions making it very difficult to correct poor behavior and remove underperforming employees. You will be undercompensated for all of your work and be expected to work yourself to death all to line the pockets of the people above you who have absolutely no idea how to truly run a customer service business where the focus is the customers and the people that brake care of them
