Filthy work spaces. Poor treatment of homeless peoples seeking warmth during the winter from administration on down to PT staff. Poor treatment towards teens seeking shelter from abusive homes. This is NOT a public library that seeks to serve the needs of their true public, but instead arrogantly picks and chooses which patrons they will treat with respect and dignity. Administration uses bullying tactics towards staff, is absolutely unwilling to listen to staff and is dogmatic in their goal of building a new library while ignoring the rot within the building they currently run.
