Pros
The staff at Applicable strive to provide the best client service. The service management processes are some of the very best I've seen, and helped the business survive a difficult period during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Cons
The technology stack is in need of a major refresh and transformation as the world moves more aggressively into the public cloud and away from hosted services. The business is aware of this and are trying to push themselves into modernity, but there's a long way to go.
