disorganized admin lack of communication/support lack of enforcing policies lack of structure neglectful bcba, did not supervise consistently lots of admin changes and inconsistency favoritism/rude/disrespectful toxic work environment allowing kids who are sick come into the clinic does not complete incident reports when necessary no support for RBTs at all lack of cleanliness after spread of illness omitting information, misleading, lying no benefits at all until you work at least 30 hours a month for 6 months (I think?) No PTO Will guilt trip you for calling out sick or needing to leave early Emotions influence their communication/respect towards employees and scheduling
