Would Not Recommend - Anonymous employee Applied Data Consultants Employee Review

Low salaries and not much room for growth. They used to support remote workers, but now the boomer owner wants everyone in office at least a few times per week and has slowly gotten rid of most remote employees. Out of touch leadership Nepotism is strong. Nearly everyone here is related to the owner or is a family friend. They will tout "the culture" and really the only culture is that there is a bar/lounge in the building.
