Poor Operation - Applications Engineer Applied Dynamics International Employee Review

I've only been working here for about a month so I don't have much to say here. I guess the only thing I could mention would be the small work area/cubicle. The company has grown quite a bit (personnel-wise) in the last few years so there's not a lot of space. That being said, the company is looking to create more room through expansion into other areas of the building.

Friendly management, approachable coworkers, good benefits, generally low-pressure work environment focusing on quality over speed.

Quarterly bonus pay and team-building perks suspended during budget cuts, somewhat high turnover on the production team, unclear company financial strategy.
