I am writing this review after being with AIS for more than 7 months and I can surely tell that this is one of the best companies one can choose for! The whole induction/joining process is so smooth. Though I started to work from home from Day 1 due to Pandemic situation, I felt like a part of the Organization as whole HR team is at help for anything needed. AIS takes employee's opinion into consideration which is why I felt easily connected as this is one thing that makes employee-organization bond stronger. Work culture is so good, flexible and adaptable. One can easily get accommodated here. Work life balance is another thing that I am so happy about! Top Management encourages in achieving personal growth by suggesting various different certifications available, conduct learning series which will enable employees to learn something new/learn deeper.
