Applied Integration Response
6yI'm a firm believer that what a person perceives to be true is true to them no matter how the reality of the situation may differ. That said, I don't see much value in trying to take each point of a complaint list and trying to offer a counter argument.
But I will say that as the Owner of the Business, none of the perceived notions described above define how I strive to run the Business. I will also just say that I believe every single person brings their own attitude in with them each day, but often lack an ability for self-reflection when that attitude isn't positive. It's easier to place blame elsewhere than take an honest look inside.
If there's ever been a mistake on any item such as a payroll item, we always rush to correct the problem and always err on the side of the employee if there is any question. We may not be right every single time we do something, but if we do make a mistake we admit it and make sure we do it extra right the next time.
