      The learning aspect. But cons outweigh the pros

      Cons

      Seems as if they dont know what they are doing. Narratives change every other week. Its all a smoke and mirror thing. If anyone speaks up they are terminated or asked to leave. Project roadmaps exist but they are only verbal. Salaries are delayed. Horrible exit policy.
