To be fair, most ABA companies have these same issues. However, owner needs to be more honest about shortcomings and address them appropriately.
*Lack of support for direct service staff
*Low compensation for difficulty of job and experience needed to do job well
* Focus on billable hours can overshadow clinical needs and quality of program
*Director is out of touch with staff and asks others to do what she is not willing to do herself. She should lead by example and set a positive tone for the company.
*Employee development is not on the radar
*Not business savvy when it comes to reducing costs, investing in employees, and managing people
*Does not seem innovative or looking ahead to address issue that will be coming up in the field
*Poor benefits options.
*Little support for CEU or supporting career advancement
