Pros

Good in terms of salary - The only pro which can lure you to join, but that will haunt afterwards. Apart from PDC I think other BUs are good but that are not into software

Cons

Tech stack they are working on is on the verge of extinction. Domain knowledge you can acquire but managers will not give time to learn and micro manage. Requirements are totally on hit and trial basis and comes from the team sitting in Israel. If you are coming from a organisation which work on latest tech stack then it would be a nightmare to join here. Zero transparency, timings are flexible but 4 days work from office. I have seen managers here asking testers to learn Java if they want promotion. Manager will always be behind you for work completion but will never really join Team meetings. Worst kind of management I have seen and the culture of silent layoffs in the name of performance.

Pros

Strong place to start your career. If you do the Fusion Program you will learn a lot. Good training and benefits. Amazing Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Coworkers are smart and grounded people.

Cons

Stingy with salary, raises, and promotions. The engineer roles are broken up into Jr and Senior so the title progression goes Engineer I, I Sr, II, II Sr, etc which slows career progression and pay. Only the CA office gets extra pay due to the expense of living there, even if the MA office is expensive.
