While there are many other issues—such as no occupational trainings or support, disorganization, micromanagement, no room for growth, and generally unprofessional business practices—the most serious problem is the failure to pay employees when they are supposed to be paid. The president is rude and often refuses to pay former and current employees. Many employees turn to file claims through the Onrario Courts and Ministry of Labour in order to recover wages Applied Precision 3D needs to pay.
