Pros

Nice office space - you are able to gain basic recruiting skills that will help you grow with next opportunity. Truly just a stepping stone opportunitiy.

Cons

-Lack of leadership / company vision -Training - hope you know what you’re doing and have a full book ready to work. You will not succeed here with out it unless you sell your soul to become a “pet” and not have a voice or opinion.

Thank you for your feedback. We have set a clear mission which is building lasting relationships but also a culture of accountability. We’ve also set clear vision for the company and its growth. To clarify, our vision is developing our team members so they can reach and achieve their fullest potential. We also set clear expectations on activities, objectives and results which is standardized across the organization and by job function. We measure these things so we can celebrate our top achievers and are always looking for opportunities to promote from within. We have also been intentional on organizational development. We hire diverse group of people including experienced hires and entry level graduates through campus recruitment dependent on the needs of the company. We’ve set a clear path of progression from entry level recruiter all the way to leadership. Lastly, we deliver on training both formerly and 1-1 at the desk level our training includes licensed on-line learning management systems, LinkedIn Learning license, books on sales and leadership, as well as weekly instructor led coaching sessions. Leading by example. Personally, we spend 1-1 time setting client meetings for our sales team to reduce friction and help people accelerate in their sales careers, supporting them in their client meeting objectives and helping them achieve their goals. Our recruiting leaders are player coaches who are doing the role on the field and are quick to share recruiting strategies and candidate referrals from leadership is common. We’ve had to make some big changes this year due to missed revenue expectations, team and individual performance. Having honest and clear communication publicly about weekly and monthly performance has been tough. Simply, we want to hire and develop great people, lead by example by showing not telling and create top performers who are mission driven. If your experience was anything less, our sincerest apologies. We are an organization that cares. Wishing you the best.

Thank you for your time here and for sharing your experience. As I often say, "Please give me 5 stars, but only if I've earned it." The truth is, I have to earn it every time...with every new team member. We made a lot of progress together. You helped strengthen our mission, led our ARG Cares initiatives, and built lasting relationships throughout the technology community. In less than a year, you grew from an Associate Recruiter into an Account Executive while also supporting our hiring efforts by helping interview future team members. One of the most rewarding parts of what I do is sharing this industry with people who are genuinely committed to learning, growing, and pushing themselves to reach their potential. You made a huge impact during your time here, and I'm grateful for everything you contributed to our team. Fly high, and I wish you nothing but success in your next role. They are lucky to have you.

Pros

ARG has a fun team.

Cons

Leadership is inconsistent and when they change anything at all, they change it again before understanding how that change affected the issue (good or bad).

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your time at ARG. Also, I appreciate your recognition of our team's culture. Creating a place where people love working and are genuinely supportive of one another has always been important to me. I understand how you feel about the amount of change and how that can sometimes feel like the objectives are moving. As a small business, we're constantly trying to balance what our team needs with what our customers need. Honestly that is the "secret sauce" and we don't always get that balance just right. When things change, it's because we're trying to solve problems and do what's best for the business, our customers, and our teammates. We are not changing direction just for the sake of it. Wishing you the best in your future! I will always be rooting for you.
