Pros
They have made TONS of effort in the last few years to make Applied an inclusive, welcoming, collaborative environment to work. They did an amazing job with the Covid transition.
Cons
Pay is still pretty low. Pay is given in a large chunk to the team manager to split, but this includes pay increases for promotions. So, if one person on your team got a promotion the automatically get a raise out of that chunk which means less money for every one else on the team.
